Lindsay Peck, an RN in the NICU at Memorial Hospital, works on Tyler Hollar through the walls of his incubator Thursday. Tyler was born just 27 weeks into the pregnancy and is currently 1 pound, 14 1/2 ounces.

Students from Fruitvale Junior High School wait for the big moment when they'll topple 1,066 phone books at the County Administrative Building Tuesday. The event was held to call attention to the importance of recycling phone books and resulted in an attempt at breaking the world record.
